    Marketing Project Manager

    Kim Weber is the Marketing Project Manager at USA Financial. Since joining in 2021, she has overseen several marketing programs that help advisors grow their practices. She provides proactive trainings and resources to save advisors and their staff frustration, while remaining available to help with the daily tasks and challenges that financial practices face relating to their marketing needs.

    During her 5 years in the financial services industry, she has experienced several facets of the financial world: Her career started in life insurance sales, where she passionately served her own clients with insurance and financial planning needs. She became a registered representative and began working for a financial advisor, where she was able to assist in business planning, operations, marketing, and more. She has experience freelance consulting for financial advisors and non-profits as they created brands, transitioned firms, and created standards of operations.

    Kim holds a degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University, where she also was able to study marketing and project management though experiential learning opportunities with local businesses and organizations. She and her husband welcomed a baby boy in 2023. Her weekends are usually spent traveling to see family and friends or staying in to watch the Detroit Lions.
